When *twinklee and I were considering what to wear for Brisbane Supanova we wanted something relatively simple, and also appropriate for the hot weather. *twinklee had always wanted to cosplay Jo from Bakuretsu Tenshi and I was happy to join her as Meg.

The costume was certainly a bit of a challenge for me - working with non-stretch material for the singlet meant that it was difficult to fit it properly (I have wide shoulders and a not-so-wide waist), and that "skirt" (and I use the term loosely) is certainly the shortest one I've ever worn! Not to mention the gavity-defying stockings and chaps. But in the end it all came together, although I'm really tempted to re-make the singlet from a stretch fabric (as long as it's a near-perfect colour match!) so that it sits properly.

Anyway once again it was a pleasure to cosplay with *twinklee and we'll have some photos of the two of us together up soon.

Np~ If you don't mind me asking, how did you style that...antenna bit of the hair to make it stay curved and up? Like just using loads of hairspray/wax? >.>

It was a pretty awesome bridge! We walked over it earlier in the week and knew we had to come back and take photos on the weekend
